Dinner is composed with you — market produce, a Moroccan repertoire — and served where the evening decides: in the patio, in the painted salon, on the roof. Around the table, the concierge keeps the rest of the stay in order.

The table d'hôtes — movement 01

Market produce, a Moroccan repertoire, your menu.

There is a chef in the house and no menu on the wall. In the morning he walks the neighbourhood market — vegetables, herbs, the day's fruit — and in the evening the table carries the Moroccan repertoire: tagines, couscous, slow-simmered classics, the house's own pastries. Menus are composed with you, to your taste and your day.

The kitchen also teaches: cooking classes with the chef, from the morning basket to the tagine set on the table.

The medina at the door, the Atlas within reach.

The house keeps no catalogue of excursions — it keeps addresses, chosen one by one. And since the steam of a hammam belongs to Marrakech as much as the souks do, it has allied itself with partner spas a few lanes away: hammam, massage, then the calm of the patio to come home to.

The palmeraie: Buggy or quad between the palms, dust and speed an hour from the derb.
Camel rides: A slow ride at the hour the light softens, the city at a distance.
Hot-air balloon: At dawn, over the plain of Marrakech — the Atlas as a backdrop.
The Atlas: Hikes into the valleys and villages, with guides the house trusts.
Hammam & spa: Steam and treatments with the house's partner spas, a few lanes away.

Say it once — the house sees to it.

The concierge shapes your stay from end to end — before you arrive and day by day: tables reserved in town, guides and drivers arranged, the day set to your pace. One request is enough; the rest follows.

And when the occasion deserves it, the house lends itself to private events — birthdays, weddings, anniversaries — composed to measure, from the patio to the salons to the roof. Eleven hundred square metres know how to hold a celebration.

Heated water, and the sky above the roofs.

The patio pool is heated the year round — a swim between the arcades in January as in June. On the roof, the jacuzzi waits for evening: the terrace, its sun-deck, the medina all around and the sky for a ceiling.
